Inbox to action
Pull the next steps out of your inbox and turn them into a focused task list.
An inbox is a list of other people's requests in no particular order. This turns the ones that need you into tasks, and leaves the rest alone.
What you’ll get
A short list of tasks, each linked to the email it came from, in your task list.
Example output
- Send Dana the Q3 numbers — due Friday (email)
- Book the venue for the offsite — no date (email)
The method
4 steps- 1Find what asks something of you.
Look through email from the period given for requests, questions and promises you made. Skip newsletters and notifications.
Gmail

A playbook is a method your AI assistant follows with your own accounts, connected to Upsy: you choose what each assistant may use, and it never gets more than that. Add this one to your Upsy, change it to how you work, and ask any assistant to run it.
