Client meeting prep

Walk into your next client meeting with the context and the questions that matter.

Google CalendarGmailNotion

The useful context for a client call is rarely in the invitation. It's in the last email thread, the account notes and the decisions you left open.

What you’ll get

A one-page brief with what changed, what needs a decision and what to ask.

Example output

Acme · Thursday check-in — Changed: the pilot finished on time (thread). Decide: the rollout date. Ask: who owns onboarding for the new team?

The method

4 steps
  1. 1
    Find the meeting.

Look for the client's next meeting in your calendar and note who's coming. If more than one fits, ask which.

    Google Calendar
  2. 2
Read the latest from the client.

Find the recent email threads with the attendees, and keep a link to each.

    Gmail
  3. 3
    Read the account notes.

Find the client's pages in Notion: past meeting notes, open decisions, plans.

    Notion
  4. 4
    Write the brief.

What changed since you last met, what needs a decision, and the questions to bring. Keep confirmed facts apart from what's still open, and say what you couldn't find.

A playbook is a method your AI assistant follows with your own accounts, connected to Upsy: you choose what each assistant may use, and it never gets more than that. Add this one to your Upsy, change it to how you work, and ask any assistant to run it.
