Check an order or booking

Find where an order or a booking stands, on the site where you made it.

Browser

Order and booking pages are behind your sign-in, where your assistant's own browser can't go. Your Upsy Browser is already signed in, so it can look for you. This works with any shop or booking site, not just the ones listed.

What you’ll get

Where it stands (shipped, arriving, confirmed), the dates that matter, and a link to the order or booking.

Example output

Desk lamp (Amazon) — shipped Monday, arriving Thursday by 8pm. Tracking 1Z999… Return window ends Nov 30.

The method

4 steps
  1. 1
    Open the site.

Go to its orders or bookings page in your Browser. If it asks you to sign in, stop and ask the user to sign in there.

    Browser
  2. 2
    Find the order or booking.

Match it by what the user described: the item, the place, the date. If more than one fits, ask which.

    Browser
  3. 3
    Read where it stands.

Status, delivery or check-in dates, tracking or confirmation number, and the cancellation deadline if there is one.

    Browser
  4. 4
    Tell the user.

Where it stands in a sentence, the dates and numbers they'll need, and the page's address.

A playbook is a method your AI assistant follows with your own accounts, connected to Upsy: you choose what each assistant may use, and it never gets more than that. Add this one to your Upsy, change it to how you work, and ask any assistant to run it.
