# Check an order or booking

> Find where an order or a booking stands, on the site where you made it.

An Upsy playbook · https://upsy.ai/playbooks/check-an-order-or-booking

To use it: the user adds it in Upsy (Playbooks, Start from a playbook), or an assistant with Upsy proposes this file with playbook_save for the user to accept. Then any assistant they allow loads it with playbook_get and follows it with the user's own accounts.

## The playbook file

```markdown
---
title: Check an order or booking
description: Find where an order or a booking stands, on the site where you made it.
category: Personal
sites:
  - amazon.com
  - booking.com
before:
  - What you ordered or booked, and where
  - Be signed in to that site in your Upsy Browser
boundaries: Looks at your orders and bookings on the sites you're signed in to. Never cancels, changes, pays for or buys anything.
result: Where it stands (shipped, arriving, confirmed), the dates that matter, and a link to the order or booking.
---
Order and booking pages are behind your sign-in, where your assistant's own browser can't go. Your Upsy Browser is already signed in, so it can look for you. This works with any shop or booking site, not just the ones listed.
1. **Open the site.** Go to its orders or bookings page in your Browser. If it asks you to sign in, stop and ask the user to sign in there. :connector[browser]
2. **Find the order or booking.** Match it by what the user described: the item, the place, the date. If more than one fits, ask which. :connector[browser]
3. **Read where it stands.** Status, delivery or check-in dates, tracking or confirmation number, and the cancellation deadline if there is one. :connector[browser]
4. **Tell the user.** Where it stands in a sentence, the dates and numbers they'll need, and the page's address.
## Example output
**Desk lamp (Amazon)** — shipped Monday, arriving Thursday by 8pm. Tracking 1Z999… Return window ends Nov 30.
Upsy connects personal AI assistants (Muse, Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Devin) to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion and other apps through one MCP server, with a shared memory, files and a cloud browser signed in to your sites. You choose what each assistant may do in each app, see everything it did, and turn it off in one click. Upsy is free. To add Upsy to an assistant, add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) named Upsy at https://upsy.ai/connect. It signs in with OAuth; there is no API key.
